Simple PDF FAQs​

About Simple PDF

• Simple PDF automates document conversion from Microsoft Word into PDF files, it's built on top of SharePoint's Word Automation Services infrastructure.
• When a Word file (.doc or .docx) is uploaded to a document library, Simple PDF event receiver triggers and schedules document conversion using WAS.
• After PDF file has been created by WAS, Simple PDF moves it to destination document library, completing the document conversion process.

Simple PDF is compaible with SharePoint Server 2013, 2016 and 2019.​
